Winnie Clonts joins the College Essay Clinic after a 30-year career at Wonderlic, Inc., where she was a manager and content creator in Marketing and Advertising, Educational Services, and Research and Development. She was a leading author of test items for Wonderlic’s business and educational assessments. Before her business career, she performed leading operatic roles in Coburg, Germany.
Winnie believes in lifelong learning, earning a Master’s degree in Management from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Design from Purdue University, and earlier Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music from Northwestern University.
Currently she is a freelance technical writer and tutor of English and History for students in grades 5-12. She also serves as a Trustee of the Glenview Public Library. Above all, she enjoys working one-on-one with students to help them reach their potential and achieve their educational goals.
